WESTEK Consulting used to be my computer IT consulting business which I have now dissolved in favor of a new, less stressful life, mainly revolving around self sufficiency in energy needs, permaculture agriculture and the honing of basic survival skill sets that our grand and great grandfathers practiced on a daily basis as a way to survive. Originally the word WESTEK came to me as a way of representing myself as my initials are W. E. S. and the work I started with was tech work. So, as you can see, the acronym WESTEK came to represent me, my business and who I was. Today I think it is just as applicable as my initials are the same and what I do is still techie, although be it lower tech mixed in with high tech, in which I still dabble. Does this make sense...
